Refund Policy

To make purchases on shopasteh.com, you must be at least 18 years old and possess a valid credit card accepted by us. You retain the right to notify us of your withdrawal from the purchase without incurring any penalty or providing justification within 14 days from the day following the product's delivery.

This purchase is subject to your national legal guarantee of conformity for goods.

We can only fulfill orders with delivery addresses at home or office locations within the countries we serve. We reserve the right to decline an offer or cancel a purchase in specific situations without assuming liability for any damages or costs. In such instances, we will notify you via email beforehand to address and resolve the issue, refunding any applicable payments made to us without deductions:

• The payment information you provided is inaccurate or cannot be verified, or your credit evaluation did not receive approval.

• There is a suspicion that your order was made for fraudulent purposes or is linked to a criminal offense or other unlawful activities.

• Unintentional errors occurred on the Website, such as a payment processing error.

• We possess reasonable grounds to believe that you are below the age of 18.

• The address you provided for delivery is inaccessible or invalid.

Orders must be placed exclusively through the website and cannot be processed via phone, letter, or fax.

Returns

We facilitate returns for unopened products returned in their original condition within a 14-day period. In case of a return, the customer bears the shipping costs. For all unclaimed packages, Asteh will charge the customer for the shipping cost.

For faulty items, we extend a complimentary return service. For complaints about damaged or broken products of any type, Asteh customer service should always be contacted at: info@shopasteh.com. The customer is responsible for damages that occur during a potential return shipment if the customer has chosen to return a product. 

According to the Consumer Purchase Act, you retain the right to report defects in a product for up to three years from the date of receipt, given that the defect is inherent. The manifestation of an original error is not obligated to be immediate. Kindly note that it is imperative to notify us of the complaint "within a reasonable time" after discovering the error, with a timeframe of up to two months considered reasonable. In the case of a product exchange, the customer is responsible for the return shipping cost. Once the return has been received at our warehouse, the order will be credited. The product must be unused for the exchange to be approved.

In cases where a return label is not found, returns are sent back to Asteh AB Violstigen 8, 13336 Saltsjöbaden, Sweden.

Refunds

Any refunds will be made directly back to your credit card. If you have paid by another method, the funds will be transferred to your bank account, personal account, or bankgiro account, third in line through a refund notification. Refunds are typically processed within 10 business days after receiving and approving your return.

Shipping

Asteh utilizes the services of Postnord and DHL for deliveries. The most common transport method is Service Point, where packages are delivered to the nearest Postnord agent in relation to the recipient's home address. Notification (SMS and email) On the same day your package arrives at the Postnord/DHL agent, an SMS notification is sent to the mobile phone number you have provided. To collect your order, bring your mobile phone to the agent, show the SMS notification, and present valid identification. NOTE: If you provide a mobile phone number, you will only be notified via SMS and email (no physical notification letter will be sent to your address).

Prices

The prices displayed include VAT and are presented in Swedish Kronor (SEK). Prices are subject to modification and become effective immediately upon being posted on the Site or through alternative forms of notification.

Intended use

Upon placing an order with us, you acknowledge and agree to use the products solely for their intended purposes. Any utilization of the products or services for purposes other than their intended use will result in your assumption of full responsibility for any ensuing loss or damage arising from such use.
