FORCE MAJEURE

Wesomnia AB is exempt from penalties for failure to fulfill certain obligations under this agreement, if the failure is based on an exempting circumstance and the circumstance prevents, complicates or delays the fulfillment. Exculpatory circumstances shall include, inter alia, action or failure to act by an authority, new or amended legislation, conflict on the labor market, blockade, fire, flood, sabotage, major accident or other type of natural disaster.
